The Council of The London Borough of Redbridge The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. *) Order 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Greater London Council Act 1972 and Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:
1. Convert existing single yellow line outside No. 123 George Lane E18 to double yellow lines;
2. Install no loading at any time kerb restrictions in Woodbine Place: (i) the north-west side, opposite nos, 17 to 25; on the side of and behind nos. 18 and 19; ii) the south and east side, between nos 5 to 20;
3. Amend Disabled Persons Parking Place operating at all times with maximum stay of 2 hours, No return within 1 Hour, outside No. 55 George Lane;
A copy of the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the location and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays). Any representation in relation to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, 2nd Floor, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference LBR. 2023/T8), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
