Victoria Spur - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Victoria Spur) (Temporary Road Closure) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading) (No.306) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th November 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING
VICTORIA SPUR
In its entirety.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Southern Water works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th November 2023 to 16th May 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Dead end road. No vehicle or cycle access (except for works access).
Pedestrian access will be diverted around the works.
