ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES

(TMO - P329) 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN NEW AND OLD MALDEN

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames on 6 November 2023 made the following Order The Kingston upon Thames (20mph Speed Limit) (No. 5) Traffic Order 2023 Order under sections 84 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a speed limit of 20 miles per hour in the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into effect on 20 November 2023, the Council's Statement of Reason for making the Order and plan showing the locations and the effects of the Order may be inspected as follows: -

(a) online at https://www.kingston.gov.uk/unmade-traffic-management-orders under reference P329 -20mph New and Old Malden

(b) The Information and Advice Centre, Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive

(c) Council libraries; and

(d) A copy of the made Order can also be obtained by calling 020 8547 5000 (between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays); or

(e) by emailing tmo@kingston.gov.uk (please quote ref P329).
