MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE

Cyngor Sir Fynwy Hysbysiad Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Adran 14 - Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984  Cyngor Sir Fynwy (Heolydd Amrywiol, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy) Hysbysiad Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro 2023 
Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984: 
1.  Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 13eg Tachwedd  2023 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd i’r gwaith cael ei gwblhau rhwng 13eg Tachwedd 2023 a’r 18fed Chwefror 2024. Gweler y lleoliadau a’r dyddiadau isod am y Mannau Parcio na fydd modd eu defnyddio. Bydd y ddyddiadau o bosib yn newid, gan ddibynnu ar y cynnydd a wneir o ran y gwaith. 
2.  Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu Dwr Cymru i wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliadau isod ar y dyddiadau isod. 
3.  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd:  Stryd Mynwy, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy – 13/11/2023 – 30/11/2023  I atal dros dro y Mannau Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig a’r Mannau Parcio i Bobl Anabl ar Stryd Mynwy, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy. Mannau Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig i’w hatal ar Stryd Mynwy, Trefynwy o  Eiddo rhif 113 i Ganolfan Glyw Sir Fynwy (Eiddo rhif 109). Man Parcio i Bobl Anabl i’w atal ar Stryd Mynwy, Trefynwy o Eiddo Rhif 107 i Eiddo Rhif 103-105. Man Parcio i Bobl Anabl i’w atal ar Stryd Mynwy, Trefynwy y tu allan i  Handyman House (Eiddo rhif 117-121) Stryd Blestium, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy – 13/11/2023 – 30/11/2023 Atal y Man Parcio i Bobl Anabl ar Stryd Blestium, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy dros dro. Man Parcio i Bobl Anabl i’w atal ar Stryd Blestium, Trefynwy o Lwybr Glan yr Afon am ~15m.  Stryd Glendower, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy – 20/11/2023 – 30/11/2023  I atal dros dro y Man Parcio i Bobl Anabl a’r Man Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig ar Stryd Glendower, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy. Man Parcio i Bobl Anabl i’w atal ~5m o’i chyffordd ag Agincourt Street am ~12m. Mannau Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig i’w hatal ar Stryd Glendower, Trefynwy rhwng Eiddo rhif 4 ac Eiddo rhif 14. Sylwch y rhagwelir na fydd modd defnyddio Mannau Parcio ar Stryd Glendower, Trefynwy eto rhwng 02/01/2024 a’r 18/02/2024. (Gallai dyddiadau newid) Stryd Almshouse, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy - 20/11/2023 – 30/11/2023  I atal dros dro y Mannau Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig/ Trwydded Preswylwyr ar Stryd Almshouse, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy Mannau Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig /Trwydded Preswylwyr i’w hatal ar Stryd Almshouse, Trefynwy rhwng Eiddo rhif 5 ac Eiddo rhif 12 a Mannau Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig/ Trwydded Preswylwyr sydd wedi’u lleoli y tu allan i Ysgol Fechgyn Trefynwy i’w hatal yn gyfan gwbl.  Sylwch y rhagwelir na fydd modd defnyddio Mannau Parcio ar Stryd Almshouse, Trefynwy eto rhwng 02/01/2024 a’r 18/02/2024. (Gallai dyddiadau newid).  4.  Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heolydd Amrywiol, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy, 2023. 
5.  Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Monmouthshire County Council Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice Section 14 - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  Monmouthshire County Council (Various Roads, Monmouth, Monmouthshire) Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2023 
Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Has made an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 
1.  The Order came into operation on the 13th November 2023 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 13th November 2023 and and 18th February 2024. Please see below locations and dates for the Parking Bay Suspensions. Dates may be subject to change dependant on progress of the works. 
2.  The Order was necessary to allow for additional space to facilitate the safe operation of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water works at the below locations during the below dates. 
3.  The effect of the order was:  Monnow Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire – 13/11/2023 – 30/11/2023  To temporarily suspend the Limited Waiting Parking Bays and Disabled Persons Parking Bays on Monnow Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire. Limited Waiting Parking Bays to be suspended on Monnow Street, Monmouth from Property no.113 to Monmouthshire Hearing Centre(Property no.109).  Disabled Persons Parking Bay to be suspended on Monnow Street, Monmouth from Property No.107 to Property No. 103-105. Disabled Persons Parking Bay to be suspended on Monnow Street, Monmouth outside of Handyman House (Property no.117-121) Blestium Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire – 13/11/2023 –30/11/2023 To temporarily suspend the Disabled Persons Parking Bay on Blestium Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire.  Disabled Persons Parking Bay to be suspended on Blestium Street, Monmouth from the Riverside Path for ~15m.  Glendower Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire – 20/11/2023 –30/11/2023  To temporarily suspend the Disabled Persons Parking Bay and Limited Waiting Parking Bay on Glendower Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire.  Disabled Persons Parking Bay to be suspended ~5m from its junction of Agincourt Street for ~12m. Limited Waiting Parking Bays to be suspended on Glendower Street, Monmouth between Property no.4 – Property no.14.Please note that the Parking Bay Suspensions on Glendower Street,Monmouth are anticipated to be reintroduced on the 02/01/2024 –18/02/2024. (Dates may be subject to change)Almshouse Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire -20/11/2023 – 30/11/2023  To temporarily suspend the Limited Waiting/Resident Permit Parking Bays on Almshouse Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire Limited Waiting/Resident Permit Parking Bays to be suspended on Almshouse Street, Monmouth between Property no.5 – Property no.12 and Limited Waiting/Resident Permit Parking Bays to be suspended that are located outside Monmouth Boys School for its entirety.   Please note that the Parking Bay Suspensions on Almshouse Street, Monmouth are anticipated to be reintroduced on the 02/01/2024 –18/02/2024. (Dates may be subject to change). 
4.  This order may be cited as the Various Roads, Monmouth, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023 
5.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
