ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) PART OF SPRINGFIELD DRIVE FOOTPATH 1 THRYBERGH ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along that part of Springfield Drive Footpath 1 from its most southern junction with St Leonards Avenue to its junction Springfield Drive from Thursday 16th November until Wednesday 29th November 2023. NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for pedestrians will be via local neighbouring footways and footpaths. The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath (Installation of telecommunications apparatus).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) PART OF WENTWORTH ROAD THORPE HESLEY ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Wentworth Road, Thorpe Hesley from its junction with Thorpe Street to its junction with Curlew Rise from Monday 13th. November until Friday 22nd. December 2023.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route is via Barnsley Road, Kirby Lane, Sheffield Road, Harley Road, Dike Hill, Barrow Hill, Main Street, Hague Lane, Wentworth Road and vice versa.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) AND 14(7) PART OF STAINTON LANE MALTBY ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY 40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT RESTRICTION)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily suspend part of The Rotherham Borough Council (Various Roads, Rotherham) (Speed Derestriction) Order 1995 and to reduce from 60 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour the speed limit for motor vehicles travelling along that part of Stainton Lane from its junction with Grange Lane for a distance of approximately 200m in an easterly direction from Monday 13th November until Friday 24th November 2023.
The reason for the speed limit order is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Safety of site personnel during S50 works).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) PART OF MIDDLE AVENUE RAWMARSH ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Middle Avenue from its junction with Monkwood Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction for periods of time between Saturday 11th November and Friday 17th November 2023.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route is via Monkwood Road, Birchwood Avenue, Rosehill Road, Middle Avenue and vice versa.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) VARIOUS ROADS AND FOOTPATHS AT BRAMLEY ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIANS)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the three parts of road specified in items (i), (ii) and (iii) of the Schedule to this Notice and to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along the parts of footpath specified in items (iv) and (v) of the Schedule from Tuesday 14th November until Tuesday 12th December 2023.
NOTICE is further given that there are no alternative routes for the roads which are cul de sacs and the alternative routes for the footpath is via local neighbouring footways.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road and footpaths (Telecom works).

(i) Badsworth Close from its junction with Bramley Grange Crescent to the end of the cul de sac.
(ii) Badsworth Way from its junction with Badsworth Close to the end of the cul de sac.
(iii) Badsworth Place from its junction with Badsworth Close to the end of the cul de sac.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice for periods of time between Wednesday 15th November and Tuesday 28th November 2023.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via local neighbouring streets.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the two parts of road (Telecom works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Effingham Square from its junction with the slip road from Drummond Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction from 10pm on Thursday 16th November until 5am on Friday 17th November 2023. Bus station access will not be affected.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the order.

November 2023 and which comes into effect on the 13th. November 2023. Notice of the proposal for making the Order was published in the Rotherham Advertiser on the 17th. August 2023 and is to introduce ‘No Waiting at any Time’ to the part of road specified in the Schedule to this notice.
