C120c, Inverurie - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL C120C – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C120c from A96 near Mill of Carden to Chapel of Garioch Road – 13.11.23) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2023” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 13.11.23 to 01.12.23 and will prohibit any person from driving on the C120c from the A96 near Mill of Carden to Chapel of Garioch Road – from Craigmill to U120c near Firbogs, Pitcaple.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to telecoms works. An alternative route is available via the A96 near Mill of Carden to C117c at Pitcaple, C117c to C120c at Chapel of Garioch, C120c to U120c near Firbogs and vice versa.
