(FOOTBRIDGE BETWEEN TREALAW ROAD AND ANDERSON TERRACE, TONYPANDY) (TEMPORARY FOOTBRIDGE CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to carry out parapet works to the footbridge.
The effect of the Order will be to close the footbridge between T realaw Road (Trealaw) and Anderson Terrace (Tonypandy).
Alternative pedestrian route - available via Trealaw Road, Trealaw Roundabout footway, Bridge Street, Dunraven Street, De Winton Street, Church Street and Anderson Terrace
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates, or until such time as the works has been completed:-
• Overnight Closures from 8:00pm to 6:00am between 13th November to 4th December 2023
