What is happening?
ARUN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AND
CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2010 (AMENDMENT NO 2) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that Arun District Council proposes to vary the Arun
District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2010 (Amendment No 2) Order 2022 under the provisions of Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to allow 2 hours free parking each calendar day for motorists displaying either an annual valid physical disc or an activated annual virtual disc in the following car parks.
The Bognor Regis Parking disc is valid in the following car parks:
Fitzleet Car Park – Bognor Regis
Lyon Street Car Park – Bognor Regis
Hothamton Car Park- Bognor Regis
The Littlehampton Parking disc is valid in the following car parks:
Manor House Car Park- Littlehampton
Anchor Springs Car Park- Littlehampton
St Martins Car Park -Littlehampton
Physical discs will be available from local retailers at an annual charge of £3
in the respective town centres and virtual discs will be available via Mi Permit
at an annual charge of £3.
The proposed date for commencement of this variation is 1st January 2024 In all other respects the provisions of the current order referred to above will remain in force.
