Tilton Road, Bordesley & Highgate - Temporary One Way Traffic
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2) (TILTON ROAD, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (No. T7181464) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding south bound along TILTON ROAD for a distance of 75 metres at its junction Garrison Lane.
The Temporary One Way Traffic is required maintain safety of the Highway for pedestrians and motorists due to the leaning of a wall.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 13th of November 2023 and will remain in force for a period of SIX MONTHS or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
