What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

THE DRIVE, BARWELL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 27/11/2023 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 days.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the replacement of defective inspection chamber frame and cover. The proposed diversion route will be via: Charnwood Road, Barwell.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 27/11/2023 and have a maximum duration of 4 months.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 weeks.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to facilitate carriageway patching and any other associated work to the highway.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Thurlaston Lane, Church Street, Hill Top, High Street, Wood Street, Hinckley Road, Earl Shilton; Carrs Hill, Clickers Way, Barwell; Station Road, Elmsthorpe; Station Road, New Road, Long Street, Huncote Road, Stoney Stanton and vice versa.

MAIN ROAD, RATCLIFFE CULEY, WITHERLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 13/11/2023 and have a maximum duration of 2 months.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow BT / Telent Infrastructure Services and their contractors to undertake the installation of new apparatus.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Pinwall Lane, Ratcliffe Lane, Sheepy; Main Road, Mill Lane, Sheepy Magna; Wellsborough Road, Sheepy Parva; Burton Road, Wellsborough; Twycross Road, Atherstone Road, Sibson; Sibson Road, Witherley and vice versa.

WOOD LANE, NORTON JUXTA TWYCROSS
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 13/11/2023 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake a new water connection and repairs.

Access to properties will be maintained, however a short delay in gaining access may occur whilst the area is made safe.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 14/11/2023 and have a maximum duration of 2 months.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the installation of new apparatus.

Access to properties will be maintained, however a short delay in gaining access may occur whilst the area is made safe.
