TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Derby City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON BREEDON AVENUE, DERBY
WHEN: 6 November 2023 to 7 November 2023 WHERE: Breedon Avenue, at its junction with Stenson Road REASON: Drainage works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Stenson Road – Instow Drive – Breedon Avenue and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ONE WAY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON VICTORY ROAD TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF RIGHT AND LEFT TURN ON OSMASTON PARK ROAD, DERBY
WHEN: 13 November 2023 (09:30 to 15:30 only) WHERE: Victory Road, at its junction with Osmaston Park Road to outside number 19 Osmaston Park Road, suspension of right and left turn onto Victory Road. REASON: Carriageway resurfacing works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Osmaston Park Road Eastbound – Circumnavigate the A5111 roundabout – Osmaston Park Road Westbound – Moor Lane – Victory Road. Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON KENDON AVENUE, DERBY
WHEN: 13 November 2023 to 1 December 2023 WHERE: Kendon Avenue, from its junction with Underhill Close to its junction with Stenson Avenue. REASON: Gas works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Caxton Street – Coleridge Street – Sunnyhill Avenue – Kendon Avenue and the same in the opposite direction.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON STATHAM STREET, DERBY
WHEN: 24 November 2023 to 26 November 2023 WHERE: Statham Street, from its junction with Kedleston Road to its junction with Park Grove REASON: Construction works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Kedleston Road – Wheeldon Avenue – Park Grove – Statham Street and the same in the opposite direction
