ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Waterloo Road, Uppermoor and Galloway Lane, Pudsey, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for re-surfacing works, Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Waterloo Road, Uppermoor and Galloway Lane, Pudsey, Leeds in the Pudsey Ward between its junctions with Galloway Grove and West Park. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Owlcotes Road, Cemetery Road, Lidget Hill, Church Lane, Chapeltown, Uppermoor and vice versa. Bradford Road, Stanningley Bypass, Richardshaw Lane, Lidget Hill, Church Lane, Chapeltown, Uppermoor and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on 9th November 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Oak Tree Grove Phase 1, Gipton, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for works to replace Gas main, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Oak Tree Grove, Gipton, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between its junctions with Oak Tree Mount and North Farm Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: North Farm Road, Oak Tree Crescent, Oak Tree Mount and vice-versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. 08:00 hours on Thursday 2nd November 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure for gas mains replacement. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Marshall Street, Holbeck, Leeds in the Beeston & Holbeck Ward between its junctions with Sweet Street and Jack Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Sweet Street, Meadow Road, Dewsbury Road, Jack Lane. Jack Lane, Meadow Road, Sweet Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 30th November 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure required for Northern Gas Network works Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Hetton Road, Roundhay, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward at its junction with Amberton Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Amberton Road, Lawrence Road, Easterly Road. Hetton Road, Easterley Road, Foundry Avenue, Amberton Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 27th November 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure for gas main replacement. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Hallfield Lane, Wetherby, Leeds in the Wetherby Ward between its junctions with Hallfield Lane and York Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Hallfield Lane, Walton Road, Privas Way, Boston Road, High Street, North Street, York Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 11th December 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Traffic Regulation) (Movement Restrictions) (No.19) Prohibition of All Vehicles (All Days & Hours) Order 2023
Rooms Lane Morley (Part)

Leeds City Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce:- A Prohibition of all vehicles (all days & hours) on Rooms Lane Morley, from a point 144 metres north-west of its junction with the M621 in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 113 metres.

Definitive Footpath Leeds 97
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of footpath construction works, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows:- No person shall proceed along Definitive Footpath Leeds 97, starting at the rear of Property 71 Scott Hall Road to approximately 50m South West of Footpath. A diversionary route for pedestrians will be Buslingthorpe Lane, Scott Hall Road. The Order is intended to operate from 3rd November 2023 for 24 hours a day and will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed if earlier. Back Wood Lane Footpath, Rothwell, Leeds
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to footpath excavation and link box installation, Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order, the effect of which will be as follows:- No person shall proceed along Back Wood Lane footpath, Rothwell, Leeds, from number 130 Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 20m to number 140 Wood Lane. The Order is intended to operate from 9 November 2023 between 8am and 4pm and will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
