What is happening?

with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the
1st day of November 2023 apply to the High Court for this

(PARKING, STOPPING, WAITING AND LOADING)
(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018
(AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a no waiting at any
time restriction on the following lengths of road:-
A631 Tickhill Road, Bawtry
South Side
From a point 20 metres west of its junction with the western
kerbline of Park Road, for a distance of 95 metres in a
easterly direction.
Park Road, Bawtry
Both Sides
From its junction with the southern kerbline of A631 Tickhill
Road, for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction.
Oak Tree Road, Bawtry
Both Sides
From its junction with the northern kerbline of A631 Tickhill
Road, for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.
High Meadow, Bawtry
Both Sides
From its junction with the northern kerbline of A631 Tickhill
Road, for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
Grange Avenue, Bawtry
Both Sides
From a point 10 metres west of its junction with the western
kerbline of A638 Great North Road, for a distance of 10
metres in a westerly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods and in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection
and delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being
operated by or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety
Camera Partnerships while carrying out roadside monitoring
or enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for disabled
persons vehicles will also apply.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing
the restricted road and a statement of the Councils reasons
for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the
Council Office, Civic Office, Waterdale Doncaster between the
hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm or on the City of Doncaster

propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to:-
a. Remove the existing No waiting at any time restriction on:-
Unnamed Road Linking Church Way with Chappell Drive –
the whole length
b. Introduce a No waiting at any time restriction on:-
Unnamed Road Linking Church Way with Chappell Drive
North West
From its junction with the northern kerbline with Markets
Roundabout for a distance of 80 metres in a north
easterly direction;
and
Unnamed Road Linking Church Way with Chappell Drive
North West
From a point 110 metres northeast of its junction with the
northern kerbline with Markets Roundabout for a distance of
20 metres in a north easterly direction
(c) Introduce a No waiting at any time on:-
Unnamed Road Linking Church Way with Chappell Drive
South East
From its junction with the southern kerbline with Markets
Roundabout for a distance of 130 metres in a north
easterly direction
(d) Introduce a Disabled Parking Bay on:-
Unnamed Road Linking Church Way with Chappell Drive
North West
From a point 80 metres northeast of its junction with the
northern kerbline of Markets Roundabout for a distance of 30
metres in a north easterly direction

The effect of the Order will be to introduce a Contra Flow
Cycle Lane on the following road

THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED
BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS)
ACT 1991
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the public footpaths
and the effect will be to prohibit any pedestrian from
proceeding in those lengths of Public Footpath number 2
Askern and Public Footpath number 15 Owston in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
from the 20th day of November 2023.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst work is undertaken to replace the
railway track.
NOTICE is also given that there are no alternative routes for
pedestrians affected by the Order.

• The level crossing on Public Footpath No.2 Askern,
commencing at grid reference SE56601324 on the west
side of the railway, proceeding over the crossing to grid
reference SE56641324 on the east side, a distance of 45
metres.
• The level crossing on Public Footpath No.15 Owston,
commencing at grid reference SE56751293 on the west
side of the railway, proceeding over the crossing to grid
reference SE56801294 on the east side, a distance of
50 metres.

(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length
of Wilmington Drive at Lakeside in the City of Doncaster
District as described in the Schedule to this notice on the
dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst carriageway patching works are undertaken
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via White Rose Way, Middle Bank
Roundabout, Carriage Drive, St Pauls Roundabout,
Stadium Way.

BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS)
ACT 1991
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length
of Goodison Boulevard at Cantley in the City of Doncaster
District as described in the Schedule to this notice on the
dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works for S278 works relating to the
residential care home entrance are undertaken
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Goodison Boulevard, Church
Lane, Bawtry Road, Plumpton Park Road and vice versa.
