Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians Public Footpath 15.65/10/1, Killinghall Order 2023 No 363
North Yorkshire Council has made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpath
15.65/10/1 in the Parish of Killinghall, between grid reference SE27065899 & SE27385903 for a
temporary period of up to 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 06/11/23 and 05/05/24
due to sewage treatment plant works. The closure period will be indicated by the placing of traffic
signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. All enquiries to: Yorkshire

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Menwith Hill Road, Darley, Order 2023 No 376 We have made
this Order to prohibit any Traffic including pedestrians from using Menwith Hill Road, Darley due to
emergency works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 11/11/23 until 10/02/25
inclusive. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local
alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. This Order follows emergency notices

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Kingsley Road, Harrogate Order 2023 No 336
We have extended this Order to continue in force until 06/05/24, which is to prohibit any vehicle from
using Kingsley Road, Harrogate, from a point 150 metres northwest of its junction with Kingsley Drive
to a point 350 metres northwest of its junction with Kingsley Drive due to highway construction works
associated with the access to the new Redrow Homes Ltd housing development. The closure period
will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be

Proposed Traffic Calming Measures – Woodfield Road, Harrogate Notice is hereby given
pursuant to Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to
introduce a series of physical measures to improve safety & reduce vehicle speeds in Woodfield
Road, Harrogate. Schedule – Traffic Calming Features Locations: Woodfield Road at a point 97m
Southwest of Elm Road, Woodfield Road at a point 36m Northeast of Alder Road, Woodfield Road at
a point 67m Northeast of Dene Park & Woodfield Road at a point 114m Northeast of Dene Park.
Type: All locations – Speed Cushions. Max Height: All locations – 75mm. Max Plateau Length &
Width: All locations – 3000mm & 1800mm wide. Max Front/Rear Slope: All Locations 1:10. A copy of
the relevant drawings showing the location of the proposed speed table may be inspected at County
Hall, Northallerton & at Bilton & Woodfield Community Centre Library, Oak Beck House, Woodfield
Road, Harrogate HG1 4HZ during normal office hours from 02/11/23 to 23/11/23 & also viewed online
