Steam Mill Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
STEAM MILL LANE, RIPLEY
WHEN: 6th November 2023 to 11th November 2023 (18:30 to 05:00)
WHERE: Steam Mill Lane, Ripley between its junction with A610 Nottingham Road and its junction with Ballacraine Drive.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Steam Mill Lane, Peasehill Road, Derby Road, High Street, Church Street, Nottingham Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
