The Haringey (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.36) Order 2023 The Haringey (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 35) Order 2023 T27
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 27th October 2023 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would belli To convert 11 metres of pay to park bays to double yellow lines/double
kerb blips on the south side of Myddleton Road N22 outside No.79 and
No.81. The footway at this location will be extended, ii) To convert 7.7 metres of pay to park bays to double yellow lines/double kerb blips on the south side of Myddleton Road N22 outside No.107.
The footway at this location will be extended. Hi) To convert 7.3 metres of shared use resident permit parking/pay to
park bays to double yellow lines/double kerb blips on the north side of
Myddleton Road N22 outside No.120. The existing disabled parking bay
at this location will be relocated 1.3 metres in an easterly direction. The
footway at this location will also be extended.
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 25th November 2023.
Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, or can be viewed online https://streets.appyway.com/haringey within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
