What is happening?

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE
(Waddesdon Hill, Waddesdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Waddesdon Hill for approx 2689M. Alternative route: Main Rd, Winchendon Ridge Rd, Winchendon Rd, Main St, Westcott Rd, Ashendon Rd, High St, Bicester Rd, Aylesbury Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst conventional resurfacing commences on 6 Dec 2023 between 21:00 and 06:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 Dec 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(School Ln, Buckingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in School Ln for approx 57M. Alternative route: Bristle Hill, Nelson St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst swish fibre overlay box to box commences on 6 Nov 2023 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operAation on 6 Nov 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(High St, Whitchurch) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High St for approx. 701M. Alternative route: A418, A4146, Watling St, Bletcham Way, Watling St, A421, A413, A4157, A418 and vice versa. The closure is required whilst resurfacing works commence on 8 Dec 2023 between 22:00 and 06:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 Dec 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst damaged culvert sleeving works commence on 8 Jan 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 Jan 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 month duration.
(Cambridge St, Market St, Aylesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of rough Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cambridge St, Market St for approx 71M. The closure is required whilst survey and assessment works commence on 8 Nov 2023. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 Nov 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 month duration.
(School Ln, Weston Turville) (Temporary Prohibition of rough Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in School Ln for approx 108M. Alternative route: School Ln, Worlds End Ln, Church Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Gigaclear works commence on 8 Nov 2023. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 Nov 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 month duration.
(Friarage Rd, Aylesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of rough Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Friarage Rd for approx 74M. The closure is required whilst Openreach works commence on 11 Nov 2023. The proposed Order will come into operation on 11 Nov 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 month duration.
(Hale St, Aylesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of rough Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hale St for approx 96M. Alternative route: Hale St, Railway St, High St, Britannia St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst cabling works commence on 13 Nov 2023. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 Nov 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 month duration.
(Brick Kiln Ln, Bierton) (Temporary Prohibition of rough Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Brick Kiln Ln for approx 33M. The closure is required whilst new ducting and Pole bend commence on 13 Nov 2023. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 Nov 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 month duration.
THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
Public Footpath Nos.24 and 25, Buckingham (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2023 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpaths No.24, from the junction of Bourton Road to a point approximately 580M east north east, and Public Footpath No.25, from the junction of Bourton Road to a point approximately 450M north east. The closure is required whilst the construction of a Solar Panel Farm takes place. The alternative route whilst the closure is effective is via existing Highway and Public Bridleway No.26, and Public Footpath No.27, Buckingham. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 November 2023, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
