SECTION 35C ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING CHARGES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 shall vary the charges payable in the parking places specified in the Schedule to this Notice as follows:-

Northern Quarter

Any single visit between the hours of 6:00am - 7:30am, and 10am -11:30am for up to

12 hours-£6.00

Any single visit between the hours of 6.00am

-7.30am, and 10.00am - 11.30am for up to 12 hours -£8.00

Bloom Street

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm - 6.00am for up to 12 hours-£7.20

Any single visit up to 24 hours-£12.00

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm - 6.00am for up to 12 hours-£8.00

Any single visit up to 24 hours-£15.00

China Town

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm-6.00am for up to 12 hours-£7.20

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm - 6.00am for up to 12 hours-£8.00

Arndale

Any single visit between the hours of 6.00am - 7.30am and 10.00am and 11.30am

for up to 12 hours - £6.00

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm - 6.00am for up to 12 hours - £7.20

Any single visit between the hours of 6.00am - 7.30am and 10.00am and 11.30am for

up to 12 hours - £8.00.

Piccadilly Gardens

Any single visit between the hours of 6:00am - 7:30am, and 10am - 11:30am for up to

12 hours-£6.00

Any single visit between the hours of 6.00am - 7.30am and 10.00am - 11.30am for up to

12 hours - £8.00

Bridgewater Hall

Any single visit between the hours of 6:00am - 7:30am, and 10am - 11:30am for up to

12 hours £6.00

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm and 6.00am for up to 12 hours - £7.20

Any single visit between the hours of 6.00am - 7.30am and 10.00am. - 11.30am for up to

12 hours - £8.00

Any single visit between the hours of 5.00pm and 6.00am for up to 12 hours-£8.00

Sheffield Street

Any single visit up to 8 hours - £5.00 Any single visit up to 24 hours - £7.00

Any single visit up to 8 hours - £6.50. Any single visit up to 24 hours - £9.00

Bridge Street

Up to 4 hours - £9.50

Up to 4 hours - £12.00

Chepstow Street

Up to 2 hours - £5.50 Up to 4 hours - £8.50

Up to 2 hours - £7.00 Up to 4 hours - £11.00

Stone Street

Up to 2 hours - £5.50 Up to 4 hours - £6.50 Up to 6 hours - £8.50 Up to 24 hours - £10.50

Up to 2 hours - £7.00 Up to 4 hours - £8.50 Up to 6 hours - £11.00 Up to 24 hours - £13.50

The new charges will come into operation on the date when this Notice comes into force. This Notice comes into force on
23 November 2023 not less than 21 days after the date of the Notice.
