What is happening?
SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U4410 WINDSOR ROAD, IPSWICH
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U4410 Windsor Road, Ipswich from Bramford Road for 30 metres north eastbound to facilitate repairs to a sluice valve. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Bramford Road, Hampton Road, Bramford Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 01/11/2023 -03/11/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF RESTRICTED BYWAY 22, STRATFORD ST MARY
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing Restricted Byway 22, Stratford St Mary from 500 metres west of Cemetery Lane for 275 metres southbound to facilitate the removal of dead wood and side growth. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion route will be Footpath 12A, Stratford St Mary, Footpath 36, East Bergholt, Footpath 35, East Beraholt, Flatford Road, The Street, Cemetery Lane, Footpath 1, East Bergholt and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 01/11/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 6 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U3618 SHEEPDRIFT ROAD, BROMESWELL
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3618 Sheepdrift Road, Bromeswell from the junction with Oxford Road for 60 metre northbound to facilitate providing a new communications service. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Oxford Road, the A1152 Eyke Road, Sheepdrift Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 01/11/2023 - 02/11/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U8304 SWINGLETON HILL, MONKS ELEIGH
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U8304 Swingleton Hill, Monks Eleigh from Wyncolls Bungalow and Swingleton Green to facilitate pole replacement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Swingleton Green, the B1115, Powney Street, Church Road, Swingleton Hill and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 01/11/2023 - 02/11/2023 from 10am - 4.30pm but if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1210 FLIXTON ROAD, SOUTH ELMHAM ST MARGARET
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U1210 Flixton Road, South Elmham St Margaret from the junction with Park Road for 250 metres southbound to facilitate cabling and jointing works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Flixton Road, The Street, Fox Hill St Cross Road, Back Lane, the B1062, Grange Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 01/11/2023 - 02/11/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
