Hillhouse Lane, Temporary Road Closure Due To Works On The Road
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - ASHFORD HILL ROAD/ HILLHOUSE LANE, HEADLEY, BASINGSTOKE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Ashford Hill Road/ Hillhouse Lane between its junction with Ram Alley, a point approximately 20 Metres North-West of Riddings Lane and a point approximately 240 Metres South along Hillhouse Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B3051, A339, Galley Lane
DURATION OF ORDER: from 1st November 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day between the hours 09:30 -15:30).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
