Manchester - Multiple Traffic Notices
What is happening?
Manchester City Council made the following orders under
the Road Traffic Regulation act 1984. The titles and effect
of the Orders is as follows; P2525 CITY OF MANCHESTER
(PETER ST, MANCHESTER) (REVOCATION OF NO LEFT
TURN) ORDER 2023. The proposed Order seeks to revoke the
No left turn restriction on Peter St, SE bound carriageway at
Southmill St P2526 CITY OF MANCHESTER (CONTROLLED
PARKING ZONE) (MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE) (NO.12
CONSOLIDATION) AMENDMENT NO.11 ORDER 2023 Loading
Parking Place Mon-Sun 6am-10.30am.Max stay 15 mins on
Deansgate-the NW side from a point 54m SW of Blackfriars St
in a SW direction to a point 30m NE of St. Mary’s St The orders
come into operation on 3 November 2023. Copies of the Orders
together with the plans may be inspected by appointment
at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall
Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between
9am and 4.30pm on Mon to Friday. Due to Covid the Town

or write into the address below for a copy of the documents.
Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any
provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within
the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made
under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may
within 6 weeks from 24 October 2023 apply to the High Court
