THE LEICESTER (ABBEY PARK ROAD) (TEMPORARY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicester City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be, for the following anticipated period of time to:
Prohibit waiting and loading at any time on Abbey Park Road between its junction with Wolsey Island Way and a point 300 metres east thereof from 8.00am on Monday 13th November 2023 until 5.00pm on Friday 24th November 2023.
The Order will come into effect on the 13th November 2023 and will continue in force for up to 18 months, or until the order is no longer deemed necessary, whichever is the earlier.
This order is made to facilitate development works taking place and to prevent the likeliness of danger to the public. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
