NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 70 MUMBY PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2023
The above Order made on 11 October 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that whole width of Public Footpath No.70 in the parish of Mumby running from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 5179 7302 (Point A) for 148 metres in a generally south easterly direction to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 5189 7293 (Point D). The total distance between Points A-D is 148 metres as shown on Order drawing numbered N/125/00860/22-02 TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Mumby to be 2 metres wide running from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 5179 7302 (Point A) for 49 metres in a generally easterly direction to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 5183 7301 (Point B) then running for 65 metres in a generally southerly direction to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 5184 7294 (Point C) then running for 66 metres in a generally easterly direction to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 5189 7293 (Point D). The total distance between Points A-B-C-D is 180 metres as shown on Order drawing numbered N/125/00860/22-02.
A copy of the Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub and Willow House, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH. Any representation about or objection to the Order, clearly stating the grounds on which it is made, may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Michelle Walker, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub and Willow House, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH (e-mail: michelle.walker@e-lindsey.gov.uk) not later than 30 November 2023. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, East Lindsey District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. Any representations or objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation
