Yeovil - Temporary Road Closure For Reinstatement Work

Temporary Closure of Buckland Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Buckland Road - from 100 metres south-east of the junction with Lyde Road, southeastwards for a total distance of 40 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out reinstatement work.
The Order becomes effective on 2nd November 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 7th November 2023 and last until 7th November 2023 between the hours of 18:30 - 21:00 for a total of 2.5 hours
