What is happening?

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(TRAFFIC REGULATION; RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING,

LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 202_-TRO/21/23

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to 1. Introduce disabled parking bays on: Niddrie Mains Drv, Portland St, Paisley Drv, Hillview Cottages, Dolphin Gdns West, Broomhouse Cres, Caiystane Gdns, Firrhill Ln, Calder Vw, Oxgangs Ter, Longstone Ter, Mid Steil, Cameron Pk, Captain’s Drv, Gilmerton Dykes Cres, Hyvot Green, Kirk Brae, Kirkhill Drv, Drum Ave, Moredun Pk Green, Moredun Pk Gr, Moredun Pk St, Prestonfield Rd, Ravenswood Ave, Southhouse Broadway, Tressilian Gdns, Fernieside Cres, Parkgrove Cres, Granton Ter, Dudley Ave,

Willowbrae Ave, Broomfield Cres, Joppa Rd, Warriston Rd, Laichpark Rd, Manse St, Piershill Sq East, Bedford St & Caledonian Rd; 2. Remove disabled parking bays on: Forth View Cres, Gordon Ter, Rosefield St, Blinkbonny Rd, Craigour Ter, Craigour Grv, Headrigg Row, Gilmerton Dykes Ln, Gilmerton Dykes Rd, Midmar Drv, Bellenden Gdns, Harlaw Rd, Moredun Pk Way, Parkhead Drv, Drum Brae Drv, Clermiston Vw, Carmel Ave, King’s Rd, Clearburn Gdns & Clermiston Gdns &; 3. Amend existing disabled parking bays on Cotlaws & Bellenden Gdns. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free of charge, between 9:30 to 15:30 Mon-Fri from 27/10/23 to 17/11/23 at Waverley Court Reception or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.Objectors must state their reasons in writing, stating reference TRO/21/23 to Traffic Orders, Place, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 17/11/23. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
