Brentfield Road, Temporary Closure to facilitate a Community Event

What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16(A)

BRENTFIELD ROAD (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a community event, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to:-

(a) prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading and unloading in that length of Brentfield Road which lies between the south-eastern kerb-line of North Circular Road and the north-western kerb-line of Hillside;

(b) prohibit vehicles proceeding in North Circular Road from turning left into Brentfield Road;

(c) compel vehicles proceeding in Brentfield Road, on reaching the junction with North Circular Road (westbound), to turn left into North Circular Road (westbound);

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions and compulsory left turn referred to above will apply from 12th November 2023 to 13th November 2023, or for the duration of the event, whichever is the lesser period.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions and compulsory left turn should proceed by way of Hillside and North Circular Road.
