THE BOROUGH OF READING

IMPERIAL WAY TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTIONS ORDER 2023

Reading Borough Council has made an Order in accordance with Section 14(l)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to temporarily close a section of Imperial Way between its junction with B3031 (Basingstoke Road) and its junction with Worton Drive.

The Order will come into force from 27 October 2023 until 31 October 2023.

Should the works take longer than expected the restriction will remain in force until the works are completed with a maximum order duration of 18 months.

The Order is necessary to allow for the resurfacing of the road.

A signed diversion route will be in place.
