HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:

Cefn Carnau Lane, Caerffili rhwng y cyffyrdd â A469 Thornhill Road ac Ysbyty Cefn Carnau am bellter o tua 210 metr.

Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 1 Tachwedd 2023 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf.

Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 15 Tachwedd 2023.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i’r gwasanaethau brys.

Ni fydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr.

Bydd arwyddion yn dangos llwybrau amgen lleol.

Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith cloddio a gosod cyflenwad pŵer newydd.

Temporary Prohibition of Driving Order 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

Cefn Carnau Lane, Caerphilly between its junction with A469 Thornhill Road and Cefn Carnau Hospital for a distance of approx. 210 metres.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 1st November 2023 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15 November 2023.

Access for emergency services will be maintained. Pedestrian access will not be maintained.

Alternative routes via local signed route.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for excavation and new power supply to be installed.

The order is required by Briar Construction Ltd.
