Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U23402 Packhorse Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Proposed Order: to close that part of U23402 Packhorse Lane from its junction with U23403 Batemans Lane for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction. Reason: Replacement of BT Pole by Telent Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23403 Batemans Lane, C2036 Silver Street, C2040 Middle Lane, U23402 Packhorse Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 20 November 2023.

(C2034 The Holloway, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2034 The Holloway from its junction with C2291 Redditch Road to its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane. Reason: New/replacement gas main by Flowaime Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2291 Redditch Road, C2291 Swan Street, C2001 Radford Road, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days. Commencing: 20 November 2023.

(C2137 Birchfield Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of C2137 Birchfield Road to close that part of C2137 Birchfield Road from its junction with C2060 Foxlydiate Lane to its junction with U30422 Tynsall Avenue.

Reason: Safe working for carriageway patching at junction with Reynard Close by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises to permit access to any land or premises form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2060 Foxlydiate Lane, C2060 Church Road, C2060 Green Lane, C2079 Callow Hill Lane, B4504 Windmill Drive, C2137 Middle Piece Drive, U30417 Heathfield Road, C2137 Birchfield Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

Reason: Replacement water main by Severn Trent Water/ AC Infra Clean.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2041 Norton Lane, Lowbrook Lane (Solihull), Tilehouse Lane (Solihull), U23424 Tilehouse Lane, U23424 Haslucks Green Road, U23424 Truemans Heath Lane, C2041 Hollywood Lane, C2041 Lea Green Lane and vice versa.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U23202 Gravel Pit Lane from its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane to its junction with U23202 Chapel Lane. Reason: Replace telecoms pole by Telent Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Order made: to close that part of U32503 Dursley Lane from its junction with C2242 Far Moor Lane to its junction

with U32508 Hindlip Close.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order Made: to close that part of C2170 Icknield Street from its junction with U23404 Primrose Hill for a distance of 306 metres in a north easterly direction. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23404 Primrose Hill (into Birmingham) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 26 October 2023 and 8 November 2023.

(C2161 Callow Hill Road, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of C2161 Callow Hill Road from its junction with U22400 Scarfield Hill to its junction

with C2161 Tanyard Hill.

Reason: Bridgeworks maintenance by Amberon TM. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2291 Red Lion Street, C2291 The Square, C2001 Bear Hill, C2001 Station Road, C2001

Scarfield Hill, C22400 Scarfield Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 28 October 2023.

(U30306 Malvern Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of U30306 Malvern Road from its junction with U30307 Vaynor Drive to its

junction with U30311 Mason Road.

Reason: Fibre broadband installation by Lit Fibre Group Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30309 Byron Road, U30311 Mason Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 November 2023.

(A441 The Ridgeway, Cookhill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of A441 The Ridgeway from its junction with U43397 Ridgeway Meadows to its junction U43399 Hemmings Carriageway. Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A441 Evesham Road, A448 The Slough into Warwickshire, B4090 Alcester Heath, A441 The Ridgeway and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days between the 20 November 2023 to 6 December 2023. (Road to reopen 25 November 2023 - 26 November 2023 to facilitate Christmas lights switch on).

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2023 [Prohibition of Waiting on Lee Road, May Lane & May Lane Service Road, Wythall]

Lee Road (East side): from its junction with May Lane Service Road for a distance of 4.5 metres in a northerly direction and 6.5 metres in a southerly direction; (West side): from its junction with May Lane for a distance of 29 metres in a northerly direction. May Lane (Northeast side): from its junction with Lee Road for a distance of 4 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
