NOTICE is given that Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which:

Footway between Scotney Way and Green End Road, Sawtry (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023-1245

Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Footway between Scotney Way and Green End Road, Sawtry as lies between Green End and Scotney Way.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 14 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 13 May 2024 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 14 November and 27 November 2023.

Bankers Walk, Ramsey (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023-1251

Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Bankers Walk, Ramsey as lies between Silver Street and New Road.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 17 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 16 May 2024 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 08:00hrs and 17:00hrs 17 November to 23 November 2023.

Station Lane, Offord Cluny (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

ORDER 2023-1253

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Station Lane, Offord Cluny as lies between points 20m either side of the railway level crossing situated there as measured from its gates or barriers.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Station Lane, Buckden - Mill Road - Church Street - High Street - A1 - B1514 -B1044 - B1043 and vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 5 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 4 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out overnight between 23:00hrs 5 November and 06:00hrs 6 November 2023.

School Lane, Ramsey (TEMPORARY NO RIGHT TURN) ORDER 2023-1271

Is to stop any vehicle from turning right from School Lane onto Whytefield Road.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Whytefield Road - High Street - B1040 - Whytefield Road.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate manhole repair and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 9 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 8 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs 9 November 2023.

Knights Way, St Ives (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023-1273

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Knights Way, St Ives as lies between Bringham Crescent and Adams Drive. The alternative route for vehicles is via Adams Drive -Knights Way and vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate manhole repair and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 30 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 29 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 07:00hrs and 19:00hrs 30 November 2023.

A1307 (Old A14), Huntingdon and Godmanchester (TEMPORARY 50MPH & 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023-1302

Is to impose a 50mph and 40mph speed limit along A1307 (Old A14), Huntingdon and Godmanchester as lies between Pathfinder Link Road and Harcourt Farm.

The Order will be effective, for safety purposes, when signs are in place indicating the speed limit along the whole or any part of the above mentioned length of road whilst works are in progress or temporarily suspended.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate carriageway repair, barrier repairs and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 12 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 11 November 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 12 November 2023 and 11 November 2025.

Brampton Footpath 15, Brampton (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023-1303

Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Brampton Footpath 15, Brampton as lies between Hansell Road and Lesley Way.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate reconstruction and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 1 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the

30 April 2024 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 1 November and 20 December 2023.

Ingram Street, Huntingdon (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

ORDER 2023-1305

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Ingram Street, Huntingdon as lies between Temple Lane and Ouse Walk.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Hartford Road - Euston Street - Temple Place or via Montagu Road - Hartford Road - Nursery Road - Riverside Road - Castle Moat Road-St Marys Street - Hartford Road.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate gas connection and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 27 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 26 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 27 November and 1 December 2023.

Kimbolton Footpath 23, Kimbolton (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023-1314

Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Kimbolton Footpath 23, Kimbolton as lies between Station Road and Aragon Place.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 6 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 5 May 2024 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 6 November and 8 November 2023.

Station Road and Long Drove, Holme (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023-1325

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Station Road and Long Drove, Holme as lies between points 20m either side of the railway level crossing situated there as measured from its gates or barriers.

The alternative route for vehicles is via B1043 - A15 - A605 - A1123 - A15 - B1043 and vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 12 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 11 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out overnight between 02:30hrs and 08:00hrs 12 November 2023.

Puddock Road, Warboys (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2020-1264

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Puddock Road, Warboys as lies between Forty Foot Bank and Ramsey Hollow.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Forty Foot Bank, Benwick - Forty Foot Bank, Doddington - Forty Foot Bank, Chatteris - Doddington Road - Fenland Way - A141 - Heath Road, Wayboys - Station Road (C116) - Puddock Hill and vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate ground investigation and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 7 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 6 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs 7 November to 18 November 2023.

New Road (A141), Warboys (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

ORDER 2023-1268

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along New Road (A141), Warboys as lies between Broughton Lane and the B1040.

The alternative route for vehicles is via A141 - A142 -A1121 - A1123- A141 and vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate tree works and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 22 November 2023 and continue until these works have finished or on the 21 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs 22 November 2023.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 VARIOUS ROADS, WEST DIVISION (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023-1315

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along various roads as set out in Schedule 1 below.

Nothing in this Order shall prevent access and egress from premises or land

adjacent to the highway mentioned in Schedule 1.

The Order is necessary for safety reasons to facilitate telecommunications and associated works.

The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 November 2023 and will continue until these works have finished or on the 5 May 2025 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that this order will apply to the locations, at various times during the dates specified in the Schedule.

Access will be maintained to properties affected by these orders.

The above orders shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which these are made, any member of the Police Force, Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform.
