(NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to proceed along CATO STREET between its junction with Saltley Road and from its junction with Duddeston Mill Road.

The Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic is required to facilitate the installation of electrical cable across the carriageway.

Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.

These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The Order will come into operation on 6th of November 2023 and will remain in force for a period of FIVE WEEKS or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
