HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a’i holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith a ganlyn:-

a) cyfyngu ar barcio ar y stryd i ddeiliaid bathodyn glas yn unig, mewn cilfach wedi’i marcio’n glir ar y briffordd yng nghyffiniau’r eiddo a nodir isod:

• 102 Caerphilly Road, Senghenydd
• 33 Henry Street, Bargod
• 2 Francis Street, Bargod
• 40 Aelybryn Street, Fochriw
• Deintyddfa Bryntirion, Sir Ivor Road, Pontllan-fraith
• Amgueddfa Rhisga, Grove Road, Rhisga
• Y Llyfrgell, Tredegar Street, Rhisga

b) a dileu’r gorchymyn parcio presennol yn achos deiliaid bathodyn glas yn unig, yng nghyffiniau’r eiddo a nodir isod:

• Gyferbyn â Rhif 6 John Street, Cwmcarn

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn fel y’i gwnaed, cynlluniau sy’n dangos y rhannau o’r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau’r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www. caerffili.gov.uk/GorchmynionRheoleiddioTraffig a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yng Nghyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Tŷ Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), rhwng 25 Hydref 2023 a 7 Rhagfyr 2023, gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod 5010782.

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o’r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf honno a wnaed oddi tani mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i’r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i’r dyddiad isod.

CAERPHILLY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and on Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 28) 2023

Proposed Provision and Removal to Disabled Persons Parking Places at Various locations within Caerphilly County Borough

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is:-

a) restricting on-street parking for blue badge holders only, in a clearly marked out bay on the highway in the vicinity of the properties indicated below:

• 102 Caerphilly Road, Senghenydd
• 33 Henry Street, Bargoed
• 2 Francis Street, Bargoed
• 40 Aelybryn Street, Fochriw
• Bryntirion Dental Surgery, Sir Ivor Road, Pontllanfraith
• Risca Museum, Grove Road, Risca
• Library, Tredegar Street, Risca
• 1 Churchfield Close, Tir-y-Berth, Hengoed

b) and to remove the existing parking order for blue badge holders only, in the vicinity of the properties indicated below:
• 34 Henry Street, Bargoed
• 30 Gilfach Street, Bargoed
• 87 West Street, Bargoed
• Opposite No 6 John Street, Cwmcarn
• 7 Western Terrace, Crosskeys
• 16 Cobden Street, Crosskeys
• 11 New Road (Hill View), Cwmfelinfach

The Order shall come into operation on 25th October 2023

A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 25 October 2023 to 7 December 2023 quoting reference 5010782.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
