THE OLDHAM - SALMON FIELDS AND LEONARD WAY ROYTON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURN AND RIGHT TURN ORDER 2023

The Oldham Borough Council on 24th October 2023 made a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to prohibit heavy goods vehicles from turning left onto Leonard Way, Royton from Salmon Fields, Royton and from turning right out of Leonard Way onto Salmon Fields.

The alternative route is via A663 Shaw Road, B6194 Oldham Road and B6194 Heyside, in both directions.

The Order is to be made to allow for works involving drainage connections and will be in force for a maximum period of 4 weeks from 25th October 2023, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
