THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14
WIGAN ROAD, WESTHOUGHTON - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
The Council has made an order, operative from 28 October 2023 for 10 days approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic Wigan Road from Market Street to Cricketers Way to allow gas works to take place. Alternate route will be via Mill St. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
