(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than
seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of
which will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering or exiting BORDESLEY
GREEN, HEARTLANDS in either direction at its junction with:
1 Botha Road, Heartlands 6 Blake Lane, Bordesley Green
2 Colonial Road, Heartlands 7 Fifth Avenue, Bordesley Green
3 Churchill Road, Heartlands 8 Fourth Avenue, Bordesley Green
4 Azalea Grove, Heartlands 9 Third Avenue, Bordesley Green
5 Broadway Avenue, Heartlands 10 Blakeland Street, Bordesley Green
The Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic is required to allow water
maintenance works in the carriageway to be undertaken in safety.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent
as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by
The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 6th November 2023 and will remain
in force for a period of TWELVE MONTHS or until the works are completed
whichever is the earlier.
