Order made: to close that part of C2186 Tandys Lane from its junction with U13605 Woodrow Lane to its junction with U13602 Hill Pool.
Reason:
Utility Works by Severn Trent Water.Exemptions:
to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.Alternative route:
C2185 Woodrow Lane, A450 Worcester Road and vice versa.Maximum duration:
18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24 hrs). Commencing: 25 October 2023.(U10004 Pound Bank, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U10004 Pound Bank from its junction with A4117 Cleobury Road to its junction with A456 Tenbury Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Closure 1: U12349 Clensmore Street from its junction with U12346 Churchfields for a distance of 50 metres in a north-westerly direction; Closure 2: U12346 Churchfields from its junction with U12349 Clensmore Street for a distance of 60 metres in an easterly direction and the temporary suspension (part) of Worcestershire County Council (Churchfields, A451, Blackwell Street and Horsefair, Kidderminster) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2020 to allow two-way traffic in U12346 Churchfields.

(U10404 Westbourne Street, Bewdley) (Temporary One-Way Closure) and (No Left Turn) Order 2023
The Council have made an Order the effect of which is to impose a one-way traffic restriction on that part of U10404 Westbourne Street from its junction with B4190 Kidderminster Road to its junction with B4195 Stourport Road and to prohibit a Left-hand turn from its junction with U10505 Lych Gate to its junction with U10404 Westbourne Street.

Public safety reasons due to flood alleviation work by Bewdley Bridge.Alternative route:
B4195 Stourport Road, A456 Bewdley Bypass, B4190 Kidderminster Road.Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 494 days. Commencing: 19 October 2023.
Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2023 [Prohibition of Waiting on Franchise Street/Talbot Street, Kidderminster]
On 5 October 2023 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster: -
Talbot Street, Kidderminster (north side) from its junction with Franchise Street for a distance of 5m in an easterly direction and 9.5m in a westerly direction.
Franchise Street, Kidderminster (east side)
from its junction with Talbot Street for a distance of 8.5m in a northerly direction.Franchise Street, Kidderminster (west side) from its junction with Talbot Street for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 26 October 2023.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be downloaded at the Wyre Forest Public Notice Page on the Worcestershire County Council Website inspected at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AD and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
