NOTICE is hereby given that Neath Port Talbot Council intends to make an amendment to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 made on 9th March 2021, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule below.
A copy of the amended Order, can be inspected on the Council’s Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros.
Any objections should be submitted in writing, setting out the reasons thereof, to reach the Head of Engineering and Transport, The Quays, Baglan Energy Park SA11 2GG by 10th November 2023.

Amendment to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021
The Schedule in the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the “Principal Order”) is hereby replaced and substituted with the Schedule set out in this Notice and the aforesaid “Principal Order” will hereinafter be read and
construed accordingly.
The Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Amendment) Order 2022 is hereby revoked.
