Order made: to impose a temporary 30 mph speed

junction with U46445 Roman Meadow for a distance of

250 metres in both directions.

The Order has been made due to construction works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: There is no alternative route. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 23 October 2023.

Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2023 [Disabled Persons' Parking Space on Spion Kop, Pinvin, near Pershore]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a Disabled Persons' Parking Space on the following length and side of road in Pinvin, near Pershore:-Spion Kop (Southwest side): from a point 125 metres south west of its junction with Main Street for a distance of 3.6 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

On 5 October 2023 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the 40 miles per hour speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Offenham: B4510 (Newtown/Evesham Road/Offenham Road): From a point 40 metres north of its junction with U45200 (Three Cocks Lane) in a southerly then south westerly direction to a point 105 metres north of its junction with B4510 roundabout (leading to Codling Road). C2047 (Station Road): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for a distance of 480 metres in a south easterly direction.

C2047 (Station Road): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for a distance 55 metres in a north westerly direction.

U45206: (Laurels Road): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for a distance 55 metres in a north westerly direction.

U45207 (Merry Lane): From its junction with C2050 (Bennetts Hill) for a distance of 40 metres in a southerly direction.

U45200 (Three Cocks Lane): From its junction with B4510 (Newtown) for a distance of 690 metres in a south westerly direction.

C2050 (Bennetts Hill): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) to a point 470 metres west of its junction with B4085 (Station Road, South Littleton). There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
