What is happening?

Cyngor Sir Fynwy Adran 14(1)(A) - Deddf Rheoli Traffig Ffyrdd 1984Llwybrau Cyhoeddus 15(Rhan) A 16(Rhan) Gwndy Gorchymyn Rheoli Traffig Dros Dro 2023  Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, ar 31ain Mai 2023 wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 (1)(a) o Ddeddf RheoleiddioTraffig Ffyrdd 1984 a ddaeth i rym ar 31ain Mai 2023. Mae’r gorchymyn wedi parhau mewn grym neu fel arall byddai’n dod i ben ar 30ain Tachwedd2023 pe na chaniatawyd y cais am estyniad:  Mae’r Gorchymyn wedi’i ymestyn ymhellach o dan Awdurdod y DirprwyWeinidog ar gyfer Newid Hinsawdd, sy’n gweithredu o dan awdurdod yGweinidog ar gyfer Newid Hinsawdd, un o Weinidogion Cymru, tan a chan gynnwys 30ain Mai 2024 o dan Adran 15(5) o Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd. Deddf Rheoleiddio 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (CyfyngiadauDros Dro) 1991).  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau Llwybrau Troed 15(rhan) a Llwybr Troed16(Rhan) Gwndy dros dro fel y nodir ar gynllun y gorchymyn. Mae'rgorchymyn a'r estyniad i'r gorchymyn wedi ei wneud oherwydd gwaith ar yllwybrau. Monmouthshire County Council Section 14(1)(A) - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Footpaths 15(Part) & 16(Part) Undy Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023 Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council made an Order under S14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which came into effect on 31st May 2023. The order has continued in force and would otherwise expire on 30th November 2023 if the direction for an extension had not been given.  The Order has been extended further under the Authority of the Deputy Minister for Climate Change, acting under the authority of the Minister for Climate Change, one of the Welsh Ministers, until and including 30th May 2024 under Section 15 (5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991).  The effect of the Order was to temporarily close Footpaths 15(part) and Footpath 16(Part) Undy as indicated on the order plan. The order and extension to the order has been made due to works on the paths. An alternative route will be available.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.  For further information please contact Monmouthshire County Council’s Rights of Way Section on 01633644850 or email Countryside@Monmouthshire.gov.uk
