PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO SS16 ST PAULS CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL STREET ZONE

THE HARINGEY (MOVING TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) (NO. 17) TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 11th October 2023 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

The General Effects of the Order would be: To include property Nos. 51 to 55 Park Avenue (odds) in the list of eligible properties who can apply for a permit to access to the SS16 St Paul's Catholic Primary School Street zone affecting Barratt Avenue N22.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 19th October 2023.

Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, or can be viewed online https://streets.appyway.com/haringey within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
