THE BOROUGH OF HALTON (ARKLOW DRIVE, HALE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OR RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order under Section 14 (1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Road(s) affected: Arklow Drive, Hale - outside number 3
Date Order to come into effect: 6 November 2023

THE BOROUGH OF HALTON (ST MICHAELS ROAD, WIDNES) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OR RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14 (1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Road(s) affected: St Michaels Road, Widnes - junction with Ditton Road.
Date Order to come into effect: 23 October 2023
Note: the closure is to allow for network connections and expected to be over a period of approximately 7 days. For further information please contact 07719 928339.

Reason for making the Orders: the Council is satisfied that traffic on the roads should be prohibited and/or restricted because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads. Effect of the Orders: during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in or along the roads and no person shall during the works period enter or proceed in or along the roads.
Alternative Routes: where available suitably signed alternative route(s) will be provided.
Maximum duration of the Orders: 18 months from the date the Order comes into effect.
