City Of Salford - Prohibition Of Waiting
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council has made the CITY OF SALFORD (CRAIG HALL AND PRESTON AVENUE, IRLAM ) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2023. The Order will introduce the following provisions No Waiting at Any Time on - Preston Avenue, south side, from 26m south east of Liverpool Road to 31m south east of Liverpool Road; and Craig Hall Access, both sides, from the junction with Preston Avenue, south westerly to the Craig Hall gate, a distance of 6 metres. The Order was made on 11 October 2023 and will come into effect on 24 October 2023.
A copy of the Order and plan are available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Details can be viewed online at http://www.salford.gov.uk/parking-roads-andtravel/roads/traffic-orders/.
Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 11 October 2023 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
