M20 Motorway - Temporary Traffic Restrictions For Revocation
What is happening?
THE M20 MOTORWAY (JUNCTIONS 7 TO 11) AND A2 AND A2070 TRUNK ROADS
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS - REVOCATION
Notice is hereby given that, in compliance with Paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992, Section 8, National Highways Limited(a) is revoking, by order, The M20 Motorway (Junctions 7 to 11) and A2 and A2070 Trunk Roads (Temporary Restriction and Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022(b).
The revocation is effective from 7th November 2023.
The provisions of the Order are replaced by a Statutory Instrument and two Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders as follows:
The M20 Motorway (Junctions 7 to 11) (Temporary Restriction and Prohibition of Traffic) Regulations 2023(c);
The A2 and A2070 Trunk Roads (Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023(d); and The A2 Trunk Road (Whitfield to Honeywood) (40 miles per hour Speed Limit) Order 2023(e).
