ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (OTTERY ST MARY FOOTPATH 70, OTTERY ST MARY) ORDER 2023

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 20/11/23 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 22/12/23. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths.

Roads affected: OTTERY ST MARY FOOTPATH 70, OTTERY ST MARY

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - OTTERY ST MARY FOOTPATH 70, SALSTON RIDE, ROAD PAST THE SALSTON HOTEL, ROAD PAST THE SALSTON HOTEL, WEST HILL ROAD, STRAWBERRY LANE, OTTERY ST MARY FOOTPATH 70. VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: REPLACE 354.79M OF OLD METALLIC GAS MAINS WITH 354.79M OF NEW PLASTIC MAINS.
