ORDER 2022 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these
Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads
as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following
locations:
i) Outside Nos. 21/23 Nine Elms Avenue, Cowley.
ii) Outside No. 43 Flamborough Road, Ruislip.
3. Remove the redundant disabled parking bay outside No. 2
Dellfield Crescent, Cowley and revert to a Zone C1 permit
holder parking place.
4. Extend the existing Zone WD1 permit holder parking place
adjacent to Nos. 1 & 3 Hatton Grove, West Drayton by
5.1 metres northeastwards.
5. Convert a section of the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am
to 6.30pm waiting restrictions on the south side of Windsor
Close, Northwood Hills, between the existing double yellow
lines near the junction with Joel Street to outside Nos. 1 & 2
Windsor Close.
6. Establish permit parking places in parts of Providence Road,
Whitethorn Avenue and Whitethorn Place, Yiewsley
(operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’) in which a
vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays
a valid Zone Y1 permit.
7. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm’ with sections of ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions
to prevent obstructive parking in parts of Providence Road,
Whitethorn Avenue and Whitethorn Place, Yiewsley.

All above charges could be subject to change.
Copies of the notice of proposals, proposed Orders together
with full details, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons
for the proposals can be sent upon request or viewed online
at https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/improvement-schemes until
8th November 2023. Further information can be obtained by
email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If you
wish to comment on, or object to the proposals please write or
email by 8th November 2023, stating grounds for objection and
your home address to Transport & Projects, 3N/04 Civic Centre,
Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW quoting reference 3N/04/18/10/23.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
HATTON GROVE, WEST DRAYTON – All sides of the road near
Nos. 1 & 3 and Nos. 32 & 34 Hatton Grove.
HOYLAKE GARDENS, EASTCOTE – On the eastern side of the
turning area adjacent to No. 11 Columbia Avenue.
KEATS WAY, WEST DRAYTON – At both of the junctions with
Coleridge Way.
COLERIDGE WAY, WEST DRYATON – At both of the junctions
with Keats Way.
MYRTLE CLOSE, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction adjacent to
Nos. 4 and 3 Myrtle Close.
SIPSON ROAD, SIPSON – Northwest of the junction with
Holloway Lane for a distance of 58 metres.
EAST AVENUE, HAYES
i) West side, between No. 57 East Avenue and the junction with
Townfield Road.
ii) East side, opposite No. 57 East Avenue and the junction with
East Way.
FOSSDYKE CLOSE, HAYES
i) At the junction with Telford Way.
ii) Within the turning area adjacent to Nos. 3 and 4 Fossdyke
Close.
TELFORD WAY, HAYES – At the junction with Fossdyke Close.
WINDERMERE WAY, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with
Providence Road.
MAPLE AVENUE, YIEWSLEY –
i) At the junction with Providence Road.
ii) At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
EDGAR ROAD, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn
Avenue.
ACACIA AVENUE, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn
Avenue.
POPLAR AVENUE, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn
