The County of Cornwall (Road From Foxcote To The A3047 At Whitecross, Scorrier) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th October 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Scorrier. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd October 2023 to 27th October 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road afected - Road From Foxcote To The A3047 At Whitecross, Scorrier between grid reference SW71983 44764 and SW71926 44824.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th October 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne. This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd October 2023 to 3rd November 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th October 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Gwennap. This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 31st October 2023 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road afected - Road From Gwennap To Comford, Gwennap between the junction of Church Lane and grid reference SW73463 39892

Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Trafc Restriction Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Helston Road Penryn between the junction of Trenarth and property number 15. Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Penryn) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1993 Helston Road (Class III) - between its junctions with Lower Market Street and Station Road for its entire length
The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out manhole works.
The Order will come into operation on 6th November 2023 and the works are expected to be completed by the 8th November 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800 on a daily basis, weekdays only. Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has
made the above Order dated 16th October 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Goonhavern. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd November 2023 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road afected - Road From Hendra To Newquay Road, Goonhavern between the property named Paradise Cottage and grid reference SW79094 54234.

Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Trafc Restriction Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th October 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Higher Market Street Penryn for its entire length.
It is further ordered that Cornwall Council makes this Order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one- way order The County of Cornwall (Penryn) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1993 Lower Market Street (A.394) - between a point 62 yards north-west of its junction with St Gluvias Street and a point 38 yards northwest of its junction with St Thomas Street as highlighted by the blue line on the plan attached to this Order.
The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out reinstatement works.
The Order will come into operation on 2nd November 2023 and the works are expected to be completed by the 3rd November 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
