EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(C53 Treeswoodhead Road - Carnell, Kilmarnock) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 17th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow works by George Leslie Ltd.
Temporary Road Closure – C53 Treeswoodhead Road - Carnell, Kilmarnock - Shortlees, 900m from junction with A719 Northbound for approx 2000m.
The Order commences on 02 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 02 November 2023 at 07:00 with the closure remaining in place until 15 December 2023 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
An alternative route will be signed via A719 -A76-Bellfield Interchange -Queens Drive-B7072-New Street-Witchknowe Road-Treeswoodhead Road and vice versa.

(Garden Street , Dalrymple) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2023
On 17th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing.
Temporary Road Closure – Garden Street, Dalrymple, for 200m.
No Waiting At Any Time - Garden Street, Dalrymple, for 200m.
The Order commences on 11 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 11 November 2023 at 08:00 until 17 November 2023 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via B742, A713, A77 VICE VERSA in both directions.

On 17th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing.
Temporary Road Closure – Shalloch Place, Bellsbank, from junction with Merrick Drive for 265m.
No Waiting At Any Time - Shalloch Place, Bellsbank, from junction with Merrick Drive for 265m.
The Order commences on 06 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 November 2023 at 08:00 until 12 November 2023 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries will be maintained whenever possible and when safe to do so.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(A719, Maidens) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 12th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to facilitate Carriageway Resurfacing.
Temporary Road Closure – A719 , Maidens, From North of Trump Turnberry to Malin Court Care Home for 1500m
The Order commences on 06 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 November 2023 at 09:00 until 26 November 2023 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 09:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents, deliveries will be maintained when safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via Continue along A719 through Turnberry to the junction of Kirkoswald Road, turn left, travel Kirkoswald Road/A77 through Kirkoswald continuing onto Kirkoswald Road roundabout in Maybole, travel striaght onto Maybole bypass in Maybole, turn left onto the B7023, travel B7023 continuing onto A719, travel A719 continuing onto closure & vice versa.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Rozelle Terrace, Ayr - Kincaidston) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 12th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Scottish Power Works.
Temporary Road Closure – Rozelle Terrace, Ayr - Kincaidston, Full length, from 1-12.
The Order commences on 06 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 November 2023 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 17 November 2023 at 17:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

(Longhill Avenue , Ayr) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 12th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to Facilitate SGN works.
Temporary Road Closure – Longhill Avenue, Ayr for 230m.
The Order commences on 30 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 30 October 2023 at 09:00 with the closure remaining in place until 20 November 2023 at 19:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access and access for residents, deliveries will be via diversion route.
An alternative route will be signed via - High Maybole Road,Alloway, Greenfield Avenue , Dunure Road , Longhill Avenue and vice versa

(Peggieshill Road, Annfield Glen Road, Ayr - Belmont) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2023
On 12 October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow contractors to allow Scottish Power Upgrades.
No Waiting At Any Time - Peggieshill Road, Annfield Glen Road, Ayr
Peggieshill Road - from 54 to 38 Both sides of carriageway.
Annfield Glen Road- from Peggieshill Road to Glendale Crescent both sides of carriageway.
The Order commences on 13 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 13 November 2023 at 07:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 24 November 2023 at 23:59. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Temporary Road Closure – B741, Girvan, from A77 to Unnamed Road.
The Order commences on 06 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 November 2023 at 08:00 until 17 November 2023 at 17:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

On 12th October 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing.
Temporary Road Closure – C39 Doonholm Road, Ayr - Belmont, 400m.
No Waiting At Any Time - C39 Doonholm Road, Ayr - Belmont, 400m.
The Order commences on 30 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 30 October 2023 at 18:00 until 07 November 2023 at 08:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 18:00 and 08:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will be maintained.
Access for residents, deliveries will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via the A77 trunk Road turning left onto the A79 Maybole Road continue along St Leonard’s Road to junction, turn left onto Monument Road and continue along Alloway until turning left onto Doonholm Road and return.
