Temporary Closure Of Part Of Restricted Byway Dlh 35,  (Longhope Parish) Forest Of Dean District  Notice is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Restricted Byway DLH 35 in the Parish of Longhope from its junction with Public Footpath DLH 34 and then extending in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 300 metres to its junction with Chessgrove Lane Road.  The Restricted Byway falls within the Parish of Longhope in the Forest  of Dean District, in the County of Gloucestershire. The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst new network connections are installed.  The order will come into force on 25th October 2023 and it is anticipated that the Restricted Byway will remain closed until 30th October 2023. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time. Please contact: 08000 514 514.  Temporary Road Closure Of C43 Hinders Lane (Huntley Parish) Forest Of Dean District  Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C43 Hinders Lane from the A4136 outside the property known as Myrtle Cottage for a total distance of approximately 50 metres.  The reason for the closure is for pipe repair works to be carried out. Please note that while there is full access along Chessgrove Lane only pedestrians will be able to continue beyond Point B. Cyclists, horse riders and horse and carts will not be able to proceed beyond Point B.

Temporary Road Closure Of C11 High Street (West Dean Parish) Forest Of Dean District  Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C11 High Street from outside the property known as Highbury Villa to outside the property known as The Rugby Club for a total distance of approximately 30 metres.  The reason for the closure is for Severn Trent hydrant works. Temporary Road Closure Of C48 Bulley Lane (Churcham Parish) Forest Of Dean District  Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C48 Bulley Lane from outside the entrance to the property known as Sunnyside to opposite the property known as Bulley Lane Church for a total distance of approximately 400 metres.  The reason for the closure is network installation works. The said road is expected to be closed from 30th October 2023 until 1st November 2023 or until the works have been completed.
