What is happening?
Temporary Road Closure – Titchfield Lane, Wickham, Winchester
Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
Road To Be Closed: that part of Titchfield Lane between its junction with A334 Winchester Road and a point approx. 475 Metres South-West.
Alternative Route: A334, A32, Wallington Way, A27, Fontley Road
Duration Of Order: from 30th October 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day between the hours 09:30 – 15:30).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
