Mae angen y Gorchymyn i alluogi ailadeiladu wal gynnal.

Y ffordd arall fydd o ochr ddwyreiniol y cau. Teithio i gyfeiriad deheuol ar hyd Ffordd Cynan i gyffordd â Stryd y Paced. Trowch i’r dde a theithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol ar hyd Stryd y Paced i’r gyffordd â’r Stryd Fawr a Sgwâr Uxbridge. Trowch i’r dde a theithio mewn cyfeiriad gogleddol i fyny’r Stryd Fawr i’r gyffordd ag Ffordd y Coleg.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 6ed Tachwedd 2023 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 6 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 11eg Rhagfyr 2023.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
(ASKEW STREET, MENAI BRIDGE) NO.2 ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will temporarily be prohibited from travelling in either direction along Askew Street, Menai Bridge.

The Order is necessary to enable rebuilding of retaining wall.

The alternative route will be from the eastern side of the closure.

Travel in a southerly direction along St. George’s Road to junction with Water Street. Turn right and travel in a north westerly direction along Water Street to the junction with the High Street on Uxbridge Square. Turn right and travel in a northerly direction up the High Street to the junction with Askew Street.

The Order comes into effect on 6th November 2023 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 11th December 2023.
